 About the Speaker
Ms. Morgan-Arnes received her BA degree in International Business from San Francisco State University and her teaching credential from CSU-Sacramento. She is an accredited CE provider with the Dental Board of California and is on CDA's 'Recommended Speakers Bureau' list.

About the Program
Diane provides an update to Dental Practice Act regulations and other statutory mandates related to dental practice, including: License renewal requirements; Injury and illness prevention plans; Scope of practice review for dentists and auxiliaries; Laws governing prescriptions; Mandated reporting; Advertising guidelines; Citations, fines, suspension and revocation acts that are in violation of the Dental Practice Act.

Completion of this course satisfies the license renewal requirement
for mandatory course in Dental Practice Act.
